Workday Integration & Analytics Engineer - Paris (x/f/m)

🇫🇷 FranceHybrid

Posted Jul 7, 2026

Doctolib is looking for a Workday Integration & Analytics Engineer to join its People Systems & Performance (PSP) team. You will own the data and integration layer of Doctolib's HR tech stack and reporting capabilities in Workday. You will design and maintain integrations across all HR systems, and drive the team's upskilling on integration competencies.

Reporting to the HRIS Tech Lead, you will work in close partnership with People Strategy, Finance, Social Impact, Hiring, Onboarding teams, and the Doctolib Data team. You will play a key role in making HR data actionable for decision-making, while ensuring seamless data flows across platforms including Workday, Payroll tools (ADP), other HR and IT integrations, and future solutions.

This role goes beyond traditional WD reporting and integration. You will be the integration architect for the HR ecosystem — designing connectors, APIs, and data pipelines, collaborating with the Data team and other IT teams, exploring AI-powered automation (DUST our main internal IA platform, Workday AI Agents, MCP, WD Extend), and mentoring the team on integration best practices.

You own also fully one functional scope of a Workday module (between Compensation & Advanced Compensation, or Absence, Time Tracking), performing configuration and unit testing (autonomously for basic configuration, relying on external integrator for complexes ones), assessing impacts and being responsible of alignment with business stakeholders.

What you'll do

Workday Analytics & Reporting

  • Own the full Workday reporting layer: standard reports, custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and advanced analytics
  • Build and maintain People analytics capabilities and deliver complex reportings for strategic decisions (ex. of KPIs headcount, attrition, performance trends, compensation benchmarks)
  • Ensure data quality and governance across Workday reports in alignment with HR data standards

Integration Architecture & Engineering

  • Design, build, and maintain all integrations between Workday and the HR ecosystem (ADP Decidium, ADP Celergo, Ashby, Sana, PeopleDoc, Peakon, and future platforms) and also key point of contact for integration with non HR tools
  • Own the integration architecture: APIs, middleware connectors, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Boomi in collaboration with the Delivery Factory
  • Ensure integration monitoring, incident management, and quality standards across the data layer
  • Key contributor to the PeopleData Hub architecture — coordinating closely with business stakeholders and the Doctolib Data team — to design the central data flow layer connecting HR systems to downstream consumers (Finance, BI, Payroll)

AI & Automation (Workday AI Agents, DUST/MCP)

  • Explore and prototype Workday AI Agents capabilities for HR process automation (self-service, proactive insights, L1 deflection , extension with WD Extend capabilities)
  • Contribute to the Workday-MCP use case  — APIs are available, use cases to define
  • Collaborate on DUST integration with Workday to enable AI-powered HR self-service
  • Evaluate build vs. buy vs. integrate on AI tooling for the HR stack

Team Upskilling & Knowledge Sharing

  • Elevate the team's integration capabilities through documentation, hands-on workshops, and shared architecture standards
  • Build runbooks and integration playbooks that enable autonomous operation and handover to operational teams
  • Act as the go-to expert on integration patterns within PSP

Who you are

Before you read on — if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.

You could be our next teammate if you have:

  • 6+ years of Workday experience, including hands-on Workday reporting and at least one full integration implementation
  • Proven integration architecture experience: Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, APIs (REST/SOAP), or equivalent middleware
  • Experience with HR data flows: payroll integrations (ADP, Deel), benefits/LMS connectors
  • Strong data modeling and governance mindset — you understand the HR data model and its downstream impacts
  • Exposure to AI tooling in an HR context (Workday AI Agents, chatbots, agentic workflows, DUST, or similar)
  • Functional expertise in at least one Workday module: Compensation & Advanced Compensation, or Absence & Time Tracking
  • Ability to work autonomously in a lean team with direct ownership and minimal process overhead
  • Fluency in French and English (working language is English; stakeholders are multi-country)
  • Multi-country HRIS experience (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands) with GDPR data constraints

Now, it would be fantastic if you have:

  • WD Extend development experience
  • WD Pro certification (Reporting, Integration, or HCM)
  • Experience with Boomi, Zapier, or equivalent integration platform to interact with other IT teams on integrations though global tools
