We at Coforge are hiring Senior Analytics Engineer with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of dashboards and reports from ThoughtSpot to Power BI, ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards.
- Design and build scalable data models and semantic layers to enable self-service analytics across the organization.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and high-quality data sources.
- Optimize report performance, governance, and usability while supporting business users through training and onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in BI, analytics engineering, or reporting development.
- Strong expertise in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Solid SQL skills with experience querying data platforms such as Azure Databricks.
- Experience designing data visualizations and applying storytelling techniques for business insights.
- Understanding of BI governance, security models, and role-based access control.
- Experience working in Agile environments with sprint planning and iterative delivery.
- Familiarity with Power BI Service administration, APIs, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Experience with cloud data integration tools such as Azure Data Factory or Synapse.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
