What you will be doing:
Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines and data infrastructure.
Develop and optimize our data warehouse and intuitive, well-documented data models to support analytics, reporting, self-service, and AI-driven initiatives.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through validation, monitoring, and testing tools.
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders from Product, RevOps, GTM, Finance, and other teams to define key metrics and deliver actionable insights.
Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting systems.
Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities through exploratory analysis and deep dives across the organization.
Who you are
Solid experience in a data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar technical analytics role.
Experience with SQL, dbt, Python, modern BI tools, and hands-on experience with Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouses).
Deep understanding of data modeling, ELT best practices, and building systems that are reliable and scalable.
A collaborative, curious mindset with the confidence to work independently and challenge assumptions
Excited to partner directly with business stakeholders and drive decisions through data.
